Donations Program
Lindblad Expeditions has a long history of working very closely with various conservation partners through outreach, collaboration and local project support. One part of our outreach efforts involves supporting organizations through donations. Based on our own efforts to encourage greater awareness and participation in conservation projects, we have established the following guidelines:

• We strive to provide support to organizations who are focused on marine conservation or environmental stewardship initiatives; and
• In order to reach a diverse audience, we do not provide cabin donations to the same organization in consecutive years

Thank you for your interest in Lindblad Expeditions. If you are requesting a cabin donation from us, please read the following guidelines carefully and thoroughly. They have been established to help us in our decision making process.

Please note that due to the great volume of requests we receive, we regret that we will be unable to review requests that do not conform to these guidelines.

Instructions for Applying to Lindblad Expeditions for a Donation:

Submit a Donation Request General Application

• Please make certain that your project is accurately described on the general application.
• An incomplete application may result in the disqualification of your request.

NOTES TO CONSIDER:

• Only one request from an organization will be considered per year.
• A brief history of your organization and its overall goals should be included. We want to know who you are, what you’ve accomplished, what your mission is and how our donation will support your future goals.
• Please submit an application form that follows our guidelines rather than a bulk-mailed form letter.

DEADLINES:

• Applications may be submitted at any time and are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
• Please note applications may take up to eight (8) weeks to be reviewed.
• Please note we do not accept faxed applications.
• We cannot expedite a funding decision. All of Lindblad’s funding decisions are made by a team of employees that meets once a month to review proposals.
