Annika Jansson

Annika Jansson was born in Lund, Sweden in 1974. For the last seven years she has been working with film and television. She was trained at The Nordic School of Media (Biskops-Arnö) and The Dramatic Institute, Stockholm. As a free-lancer, she has worked as studio manager, script-girl, researcher, camera man and documentary director for major production companies in Sweden and also taught media at a secondary school.

She has made a couple of documentaries and reports for SVT (Swedish Television). Annika also runs her own film company, Servalfilm. Over the years Annika has travelled and worked in Asia, Russia, South America and Europe. She also has a background in the hotel and restaurant business. She is an experienced horse back rider and entertains a deep and profound interest in nature and wildlife.
