Lauren Boye

Lauren is a steward of the ocean and is happy as long as she is near it. She has many years of experience working on and in the ocean. SCUBA diving is her favorite hobby and fish are her best friends. She also loves spending time on boats and watching for marine life.

Lauren received a Bachelors of Science in Marine Sciences from California State University Monterey Bay. She worked at the Monterey Bay Aquarium which fueled her passion for the ocean and sharing it with others. Teaching others to SCUBA has helped her realize that sharing excitement for the ocean is very rewarding. Most recently, she captained boats where she interpreted what people saw while exploring the coast.

She is excited to engage with guests and share her love for the sea when she is not at home in Hawaii cuddling with her cats.
