What a day!
We could not have asked for a more beautiful morning, afternoon, and evening in Astoria. It was sunny from start to finish, without a cloud in the sky – quite an unusual day for the Pacific Northwest in October.
We visited Waikiki Beach, the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, Columbia River Maritime Museum, and the Astoria Column. Our final day was packed with fabulous activities and adventure.
Although we will be departing tomorrow in Portland, it is nothing but smiles aboard National Geographic Sea Lion as we reminisce about our fantastic trip.
