Clear skies bring promise and opportunity. Fog and gently rolling seas allow sleep and restoration. More than a few hours rest will be required to process all that we have seen in the past few days. The galley opened its pristine doors to our curious viewers – shining stainless steel, compact and full of machines that whirl, chop, and knead.
