We enjoyed a nice morning at sea with a green flash at sunrise, scenic views of the Sierra de La Giganta, and glimpses of sharks, rays, and dolphins as we proceeded to our afternoon destination. David and Carlos supplemented our sightings with presentations on geology and foods of Mexico, respectively, in the lounge. We arrived at Puerto Gato after lunch. It was a beautiful setting for snorkeling and other water activities, hiking in the desert, and a sumptuous barbecue dinner and bonfire on shore.
