Today National Geographic Quest anchored at Bahia Huevos, Guanacaste, where we were greeted by a stunning sunrise that bathed the landscape in golden light. Our morning began with a thrilling Zodiac ride through the Palmares Mangrove, where we encountered white-faced capuchin monkeys, iguanas, and a variety of bird species, including the elusive yellow-naped amazon parrot. Afterward, we returned to the ship for a well-deserved lunch.
In the afternoon, we visited Nacascolito Beach. We hiked through the tropical dry forest, where we had more monkey sightings and enjoyed the rich biodiversity. The day ended with the group relaxing on the pristine, white sand beach, where the refreshing waters provided a perfect end to our adventure. An unforgettable day filled with natural wonders and serene moments!
