Today our adventure took place at Caletas Beach; with its active wave movement and an entire green landscape, it is one of the most incredible regions to look for wildlife. The best way to enjoy Caletas is walking along the coast, looking for varied species of monkeys and birds, including the noisy scarlet macaws that spend time eating on the sea almond trees. Also by taking a Zodiac ride you can approach nice places like the Agujitas River, where we found several roosting night herons, bats, and the occasional sloth. We’ve been having fun this week enjoying the beauty of Costa Rica and Panama.
