The DER below is from the expedition to Cuba that began on February 1, 2017.

After having sailed East during the night, Panorama II arrived to Cayo Largo shortly after sunrise; located at the oriental end of the Canarreos Archipelago, Cayo Largo is a long and low island well known for its beautiful beaches and clear Caribbean waters. We spent the morning visiting it, including its Sea Turtle Conservation Center were we learned about the rescue of sea turtle nests and the raising of many baby green and loggerhead turtles; we also had the chance to enjoy some time at Serena Beach or do some snorkeling and see many coral reef species before coming back on board for lunch and continue our exploration off Cuba's south coast.
