As the sun rose on another expedition, the ship repositioned into Kadavu Lagoon. Guests spent the morning enjoying the ship’s incredible facilities and learning about Fijian culture before heading ashore for an afternoon.
Despite our visit to Dravuni coming on a Sunday, we were greeted by the village chief and many friendly villagers. Guests participated in a beautiful scenic hike, explored the village or dived in to the refreshing Fijian water for their first taste of its rich marine life. After a busy afternoon we all returned back to the ship for cocktails and the Captain’s welcome.
