We started early this morning in the south-central area of the Galapagos archipelago with a pre breakfast walk on Punta Cormorant. We found flamingos, many blue-footed boobies feeding on the shore, and hundreds of nests of the Pacific green sea turtles.

After breakfast we relocated the ship to the next destination, Champion Islet. We went for a Zodiac ride and participated in water activities, such as snorkeling and a ride on a glass bottom boat. We enjoyed the chance to experience the beauty of the sea filled with lots of wildlife.

In the afternoon, we navigated towards Post Office Bay where we practiced kayaking and paddle boarding. We played among sea lions and many marine turtles looking for seaweed in the bay.

Today we visited an island like no other, the first populated in Galapagos and very rich in human history.
