Goodbye or Welcome to Scotland? In the early morning, the Endeavour berthed at Clydeport, the main dockage center for Glasgow, Scotland's largest city. Like James Cook's worldwide odyssey in the late 18th century, the Endeavour of today never stops. It is an endless revolution with traveling to different parts of the world, full of contrast and adventures.

Today was the end of a successful expedition into the hidden parts and least visited areas of the British Isles and Ireland, but was also the beginning of something new. What can be more Scottish than a marching band of pipers?

As the Endeavour was about to cast the lines, a local group from Clydeport gave us a performance from the dock and played traditional Scottish tunes on bagpipes. A perfect introduction to the real wild Scotland with rolling hills and countless lakes and islands waiting for us. Now it is up to us to go out and explore. The only thing we can guarantee is lots of adventure!
