Genovesa Island:

Who is looking at whom? There are occasions where the circumstances in which we find ourselves make us see the reality of our actions. From our point of view, we Homo sapiens are the ones looking for the small intriguing details that capture our attention and please us. Thus, when visiting the island of Genovesa, everyone enjoys these unique encounters such as the one that we can observe in this photograph. But in the end, the question remains the same: " Who is looking at whom?"

Beginning with finches, doves, mockingbirds and boobies to sea lions and sharks, they are analyzing us in detail. If we could have the opportunity to explore their brains, for sure we would find their thoughts of us hilarious.

Even the most sophisticated of photographers succumb to the gaze of these creatures. They allow each one of us moments of tranquility and serenity. We need to learn from them the ability to coexist in harmony and balance, on our small little planet called Earth.
