It is our last day in this magical place and just like magic, we woke up in the northern hemisphere inside an extinct crater in Genovesa Island!  This island is a bird magnet, and home to thousands of red-footed boobies, frigatebirds, swallow-tailed gulls, among other bird species. We spent all day in this beautiful island. In the morning, we hiked among sea bird colonies, and afterwards we snorkeled and kayaked.

Our expedition in paradise ended with a breathtaking sunset along the ridge of Genovesa’s extinct crater and a warm farewell from our captain, Eduardo Neira. Our guests will be leaving the islands tomorrow, but Galapagos will stay forever in their hearts!
