Today was a crash course in Havana geography.  After an invigorating walking tour through the colonial center, we traveled east to Ernest Hemingway’s fishing village, Cojímar, as well his former estate Finca Vigía.  Another group spent the afternoon at Partagas Cigar Factory in Central Havana, followed by a visit with car mechanics in off-the beaten path Cerro.  We happily returned to the beautiful Hotel Nacional, where we were welcomed by Cuban Economist Jorge Mario Sanchez, and a classic Cuban meal overlooking the Atlantic.
