In the western part of the archipelago we witnessed the changes of season, from warm to cold and with this, the influence that the cold waters have on the wildlife of these islands due to the productivity that it brings to the area. The animals which depend on cold water species of fish and algae are actively feeding and reproducing. It is a treat for our eyes to experience all of the beauty that surrounds us.
We have seen many different species of animals from land and sea. This is definitely a wonderful expedition, and we are only halfway through! It makes me wonder what other amazing experiences will happen in the days to come!
