Kongsfjorden was wrapped in fog as we entered. Snow showers passed by as we started our morning activities: hiking far to take in phenomenal views, and riding Zodiacs to marvel at the deep blues of the ice around us. While not the sunny blue typically associated with enjoyable weather, the mood was set as truly Arctic by our skies and surroundings.

For the last day of our voyage we continued south. On our last landing we spent time with dozens of walruses, hauled out on a small finger of a beach that reached into the Arctic Ocean. Svalbard is truly a wild place, and the memories we made this week will stay with us forever.
