Today, we awakened to the serene beauty of Langkawi, a tropical paradise boasting 99 islands with lush forests and dramatic limestone ridges. Early risers found their Zen with morning yoga on the sundeck, guided by Wellness Specialist Kat, under the gentle glow of the sunrise.

After a hearty breakfast, we set off on our morning adventures. Some explored the intricate mangrove ecosystems on a mangrove cruise, where we marveled at the twisting roots and vibrant wildlife. Others chose the kayak tour, paddling through serene waters, immersing themselves in the tranquil surroundings. Some of the more adventurous took to bikes, cycling through Langkawi’s scenic landscapes, where ancient geology meets modern-day charm.

Lunch was a delightful affair in the outdoor café, a perfect interlude before our afternoon escape to Tanjung Rhu Beach. The pristine sands and crystal-clear waters provided an idyllic setting for relaxation and exploration.

As the sun set, we gathered for cocktails and a recap of our day’s experiences. The evening culminated with a captivating presentation by National Geographic Photographer Rubén Salgado, who shared about his journey from Myanmar to National Geographic, using storytelling as a powerful tool for social impact.
