Our first day of exploration in the Galapagos took us to North Seymour Island in the morning and Rabida Island in the afternoon. In the morning, we walked through a colony of frigatebirds and blue-footed boobies. After the walk, we sailed toward Rabida Island and were surprised to encounter a female humpback whale and her calf.
During the afternoon, we explored Rabida Island. We snorkeled with sea lions and different species of fish, and some guests even encountered a large mobula ray. We took a great walk along the coast and enjoyed watching Galapagos sea lions, white-cheeked pintail ducks, boobies, and pelicans feeding together near the shore.
