There isn’t a better way to spend Christmas Eve than at the most diverse place on the planet: the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica!

The morning the visit to Caletas Reserve became a highlight of the day for many of our guests. They enjoyed a horseback ride through this amazing location. This beautiful ride along the beach and within the rain forest made of day a memorable day. And of course, for those who preferred rain forest hiking, we had our team of great naturalists ready for a hike with a natural history lesson, a plus if you are at Peninsula de Osa.

The morning continued and we all got to enjoy a delicious picnic lunch, the perfect way to end the visit to Caletas Reserve.

In the afternoon we couldn’t expect anything but another amazing rain forest experience! Those who were looking for a more relaxed experience chose the Pargo Trail and for those looking a more invigorating hike went to the San Pedrillo’s Waterfall Trail allowing the opportunity of to have a little more adventure at this gorgeous location.

Finally, and like we always do, our social hour and recaps session delightfully gave us time to gather and share all of our experiences of the day.
