Today was a special day. We reached the furthest distance that Delfin II will travel before turning around and beginning our journey back. In order to explore beyond, and get to the most pristine areas to make the most of our trip, we needed to travel by skiff longer and faster. So, at dawn after breakfast we left Delfin II behind and traveled down the Pacaya River with an extra smaller skiff following us with crew and lunch.
The sights were amazing! The scenery spectacular! And thanks to our crew, the lunch far deep in the Amazon jungle was of just as high quality as the rest of our meals here. Very memorable!!
