Punta Pitt is an amazing place just by looking at it.  This morning while approaching this site, just before breakfast, the jagged shape of this walls where there.

We began disembarking with a cool temperate day, great conditions for a walk over to the viewpoint, high enough to attract boobies of the three species we have in the Galapagos.

Upon landing, we met the charismatic sea lions, and above us a couple of flying red footed boobies.

We started the climb through a narrow trail framed by vegetation sheltering some already abandoned finch nests. The moment we reached the top, we met several blue-footed boobies nesting with chicks different sizes, and frigate birds hoovering above them looking forward to steal some food from them.

Right after the hikers left the ship, we had two more activities available for our explorers, a Zodiac ride, and just leisure time at the beach.

Just before the morning came to the end, our young fellow travelers had the opportunity to have zodiac driving lessons, activity kids enjoy a lot.

During lunchtime, the National Geographic Endeavour II continued navigating onto our next stop, Cerro Brujo. This is a long white sand beach, a stunning site sheltering a community of sea lions and shore birds.

We still have another activity together, this one going to the observatory, the upper most deck to share a farewell drink with everybody and the captain, while looking at Kicker Rock, a very impotent formation, and islet of the coast of San Cristobal which has led visitors from all times to wonder about its shape.
