This is the last full day of our expedition exploring the Galapagos Islands. Today we visited Punta Pitt. Early in the morning, we started with a hike up to the hill to find the iconic red-footed boobies. Some of the boobies nested on the bushes while others flew around us. The experience of being surrounded by nature like this is unique. After the hike, we enjoyed the beach and snorkeled with sea lions in crystal-clear waters.

On the way to our next destination, we spotted a humpback whale and bottlenose dolphins bow-riding the ship. The captain and crew guided us through this amazing experience aboard National Geographic Endeavour II.

To continue our amazing day, we visited Cerro Brujo, one of the best white sand beaches in the Galapagos Islands. Here we enjoyed beach time, and all the children had so much fun jumping from the Zodiacs.
