Today, we arrived at Santa Cruz Island, one of the four inhabited islands and the second largest of the Galapagos. The outing allowed us to visit Puerto Ayora, the largest city in the archipelago, with a population of around 25,000. Our guests explored and learned all about the culture and identity of the locals. Additionally, they had the opportunity to learn about the important conservation work being carried out by the Charles Darwin Research Station on the islands.

In the afternoon, we arrived at Manzanillo Ranch for lunch. Afterwards, we searched for the most emblematic creatures of the archipelago in the wild, the unique giant land tortoises. A magical adventure for our expedition!
