South Georgia has a very special way of keeping you on our toes and question your best laid plans. But for those that are persistent, and willing to peek around the next corner, she has a unique way of letting you in and continually blowing your mind. At this point in the trip, it’s hard not to wonder what could possibly be left to experience. Today’s explorations were a wonderful example of some of South Georgia’s finest landscape and raw wildlife magic. A quick change of morning plans in favor of weather conditions led to a beautiful experience in the sweeping valley of Stromness Bay, before spending a stunning afternoon with the magnificent wandering albatross community of Prion Island. Another day on South Georgia that has left us speechless once again.
