Today, National Geographic Endurance continued its northward journey from the Ross Sea toward New Zealand. It was the cloudiest day of the expedition, enveloped in dense fog, accompanied by intermittent snowfall. The sea state was favorable, with gentle waves coming from the stern, providing a smooth ride. It offered a perfect opportunity to unwind and take a breath before our upcoming visit to New Zealand's subantarctic islands.
