This morning we continued our navigation through the Rosario Strait north and enjoyed the comforts of a new ship. As we made our way to our next destination, we were introduced to the staff and had some extra instruction from the photo team about how to better utilize our cameras to get the best photos possible.

By lunchtime we had arrived at Sucia Island, a very well known Washington State Park.  During the summer months, this small park is a very popular destination for yachters and can often be full with more than 100 boats visiting its emerald waters.

We spent the afternoon exploring the island both on foot and by kayak, absorbing the sounds, sights, and smells that the lush forests, pristine beaches, and tranquil waters had to offer.
