Great weather and good fortune continued today as we explored the intricate coastal waterways here in Southeast Alaska. Just after breakfast the National Geographic Sea Bird entered Tracy Arm Fjord, one of the most beautiful fjords anywhere in the world. We spent the morning exploring the forest and protected waters of Williams Cove. During the afternoon we navigated through the ice bergs to South Sawyer Glacier at the far end of the fjord, where we launched our fleet of expedition landing craft to explore from water level. Another amazing day!
