This morning, we cruised the Baby Islands in search of birds and boy did we find them! Literally thousands and thousands of winged critters were everywhere, flying, diving, swimming, and posing for pictures!

National Geographic Resolution pulled into the commercial dock in Dutch Harbor in the early afternoon. We all split up into our groups with some going birding, some going hiking to Bunker Hill, some going to the two museums here in Dutch Harbor, and some took advantage of the free time offered and explored this destination.

The weather was magnificent, our afternoon flew by, and before we knew it we were all back on board the ship and headed to dinner. Killer whales presented themselves to us just before we turned in for the night. It was a great way to complete our day!
