Our expedition continued today towards the little island of Bartolome. We enjoyed an early walk, climbing 372 steps to reach the summit. Once on top it was a delight to see the spectacular landscape. This is a great place to learn about geology and the power of nature to establish life again! After breakfast we went to the golden sandy beach to snorkel and later on groups left for deep water snorkeling. Today it was spectacular; our guests swam with white-tipped reef sharks, large school of colorful fish and Galapagos penguins! What an awesome morning!
The afternoon was spent at Sombrero Chino. Here several optional activities were offered, from kayaking to snorkeling and Zodiac rides, everyone had fun! Today was just perfect. Galapagos is a wonder of nature!
