We visited one of the most spectacular forests in the area—a land protected by a local community making a living out of showing their beautiful piece of the jungle to tourists.
Our guests had a wonderful experience, walking among exotic trees and observing some of the tiniest and most colorful frogs in this part of the Amazon.
In the afternoon, after the heavy rain passed, we departed on our skiffs to explore the reserve of Yanayacu River. This is one of the best places to observe the pink and gray river dolphins in the black water lagoons.
