Nauta Caño is incredible. Toucans, potoos, and several species of monkeys were among our favorite sightings. We went there before breakfast and once again for a kayaking outing. While we were kayaking, the saddleback tamarins made an appearance, running down a branch, almost tripping on each other and with babies holding tight to their backs. Also, caiman lizards, beautiful flowers, and all the sounds of the forest caught our attention.

In the afternoon, our mission was to look for the giant lily pads, Victoria Regias, and we found them! We also had the surprise of seeing woolly monkeys enjoying a meal, practically posing for our cameras!
