Today National Geographic Quest visited the area of Playa Blanca, and just getting off the expedition landing craft we immediately felt the energy of the people that we met today.
Our guests participated in different excursions offered to visit local family businesses in which these people have seen a new opportunity to make a living out of the area’s tourism.
We were delighted to see the interesting process of cultivation, most of it done by hand, and learn how low cost has allowed them to keep preserving the authenticity of their art and traditions that come to life in front of our audience.
