Santiago Island is among the big islands of the Galapagos, and has lots of history due to the many different groups which have visited this place, such as pirates, whalers and in 1835 Darwin himself. Today by 06:30 in the morning we visit the iconic Buccaneer’s Cove. In this area we develop kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and a wonderful dinghy ride. We saw baby fur sea lions. Blue footed boobies and a terrific landscape.

In the afternoon, we visited Egas Port another place with history, here we snorkel off the beach and went for a walk to check on the “grottos”, which are beautiful lava formations. This was a full day of great activities.
