The DER below is from the expedition to Cuba that began on January 25, 2017.

After our first night at sea, Panorama II delivered us to the small fishing village of Casilda, just three miles from Cuba’s signature colonial city of Trinidad.  While one group did an extensive walking tour of the city, followed by visits to a Santeria temple and a retired sugar mill, I chose to accompany the other group up the mountains of the Sierra Escambray.  There, we took a naturalist-led tour of Parque Codina, with a break for a traditional pig roast along the way.  Both groups boarded the ship in the early evening, just in time for a stunning sunset before a motor-sail departure to the Island of Youth.
